This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Bulgaria Ltd., trading as ValeParking.bg (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), processes personal data in connection with its valet parking services and the operation of www.valeparking.bg.

4. Purpose of Processing
We process your data to:
- Provide valet parking services
- Verify booking details and vehicle identity

5. CCTV & Video Surveillance
- The parking area and operational zones may be monitored by CCTV.
- Recordings are stored for 30 days, unless an incident requires longer retention.
- The legal basis is the Company’s legitimate interest in security and asset protection.
- Footage may be shared with law enforcement upon lawful request.
6. Photos & Vehicle Condition Reports
To prevent disputes, the Company may take photos or videos of the vehicle at drop-off and pick-up.
These are stored securely and are used only in connection with service documentation or insurance disputes.
Retention: up to 5 years (aligned with legal claim period).
7. Marketing Communications
We send promotional or commercial emails only if you have actively opted in (checkbox or form consent).
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the email or contacting us.
Refusing consent does not affect your ability to use our valet service.
